SAVE THE PARK - Resolution to rescue the Love Family Park in Hanau

By a letter dated 13.11.2013 , the Minister has excluded the admission of other major events in the United Auheimer Mainwiesen in the conservation area " Hessian floodplains " in the Hessian Ministry of Environment Lucia Puttrich . Therefore can not take place on the Main meadows of Love Family Park and thus the most international music event in Hesse in 2014.
-We demand the Hessian Minister of the Environment Lucia Puttrich on to take back your discriminatory and objectively wrong decision.
- We urge the Hessian Minister of the Environment Lucia Puttrich , Love Family Park to treat just like all the other major events in that very nature reserve " Hessian floodplains " and also to approve it.
. Hessian We urge the Minister of the Environment Lucia Puttrich on to finally initiate the mediation proposed by your method with the authorities involved and to find a solution for the Love Family Park on the Great Auheimer Mainwiesen .

Reason:
The Love Family Park since 2002 will take place on the Great Auheimer Mainwiesen and is now prohibited from Environment Minister Lucia Puttrich . Until now, he was on the same legal basis , we take the following major events :

Highest Castle Festival , Frankfurt am Main , 2 weeks, up to 100 000 visitors
Main Festival , Rüsselsheim , 5 days, up to 100 000 visitors
Citizens Festival , Hanau , 3 days, up to 100 000 visitors
Flörsheimer notch , Florsheim am Main , 4 days
Mainuferfest , Offenbach , 3 days, up to 50 000 visitors
Eddersheimer fishing hard , Raith Rovers 3 days
Semolina Heimer Mainuferfest , Frankfurt am Main , 2 days
Rumpenheimer Art Days , Offenbach , 2 days
Mainland Games , Rüsselsheim , 2 days
Beerler Maa - hard , Offenbach am Main , 2 days

All these big events attract neither international audience , yet they are of national importance and yet the Love Family Park alone is prohibited. The Love Park is the oldest open-air electronic music festival in the world and a model for numerous events around the world . The Love Family Park significantly supported the image of the Rhine -Main area as a young, modern, dynamic and cosmopolitan city that is considered one of the birthplaces of electronic music at the same time . None of the other events that may take place in all conservation area " Hessian floodplains " , is to be expected of such cultural significance . Yet only prohibited the Love Family Park . We call this discrimination to end .
